Tract Text:

You have been scouting and preparing for this day. The day when that monster buck walks by your tree stand. You have him in your sights and let the arrow fly, but sadly you miss the mark. Its a lot like life isn't it? We try to be a good person but often fail and miss the mark. Did you know sin is defined as missing the mark? How often have you missed that mark? Take a quick test to see.  Have you ever lied? Ever stolen anything? Ever used God’s name in vain. Ever lusted after someone?  God sees lust as adultery (Mt. 5:27).  If you have done these things, God sees you as a lying, thieving, blasphemer and adulterer at heart. Would God judge you innocent or guilty? Would you deserve Heaven or Hell?  If you’re honest, you know you’d deserve Hell.

But that is not Gods will. God has provided only ONE way for you to receive forgiveness of your sins and the joy of eternal life in Heaven, where you will see Him face to face. God sent His Son to earth in the person of Jesus Christ—fully God and fully Man, who knew no sin. He voluntarily went to the cross where He shed His innocent blood and died, taking upon Himself the punishment you deserve. Three days later, He defeated sin and death when He rose from the grave. What God commands you to do is repent (turn from your sin and turn to God) and, by faith alone, receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
