Tract Text:
Luke 2:9-12 says: “And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.” What does this mean to you? First lets see where you stand with God. Have you kept the Ten Commandments? Let's find out... Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything? (No matter the value.) Ever used God's name in vain? Ever hated anybody? The Bible says “Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer” If you are guilty of these things, it shows that in your heart, you are a lying, thieving, blasphemous, murderer-at-heart. How will you do on Judgment Day? If you're guilty, its eternity in Hell... 2,000 years ago, God sent Jesus to the earth to pay the penalty for sin. When Jesus died on the cross, He took the Father’s wrath, then defeated the power of sin and death when He rose from the dead. The Bible says, ”God commandeth all men every where to repent: because he hath appointed a day, in which he will judge the world in righteousness" Repent and place your faith in Jesus Christ ALONE for salvation. Read your Bible daily and obey what you read.
