Tract Text:
On the night Christ was born in Bethlehem, the Virgin Mary laid the Son of God in a lowly manger, “because there was no room for them in the inn” (Luke 2:1–7).
When that baby grew into a man, He healed the sick, fed the hungry, and raised the dead (Acts 10:38). Great multitudes followed Him. But when He stood before Pontius Pilate, they cried out for His crucifixion (Matthew 27:15–26). “We have no king but Caesar,” they said (John 19:15). There was no room for Him in their society.
So Jesus was crucified. But His death was the fulfillment of God’s plan (Acts 2:23). Christ died in our place (Romans 5:6–8), for our sins (1 Corinthians 15:3–4), to make a way for us to be forgiven (Ephesians 1:7) and saved (Titus 3:5) and reconciled to a holy God (2 Corinthians 5:18–21).
Jesus Christ is willing (1 Timothy 2:3–5) and able (Hebrews 7:25) to save all those who come to God by Him (Acts 4:12). He stands at the door of your heart and knocks (Revelation 3:20). Yet so many refuse to let Him in. There is no room for Him in their hearts.
This holiday season, we invite you to receive the greatest gift that’s ever been given (Romans 6:23) by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of your soul (Acts 16:30–31).
“He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” (John 1:10–12).
